USDA | Enterprise Hemp eLearning Platform (HeLP)

APV has partnered with the USDA’s Domestic Hemp Production Program (DHPP) to provide training and outreach on hemp production regulations established by the 2018 Farm Bill. To legally produce hemp, producers must be licensed or authorized through a state, tribal, or USDA program. To support this, DHPP launched the Hemp eLearning Platform (HeLP), a centralized hub for regulatory education and resources tailored to hemp producers, state and tribal programs, testing laboratories, and sampling agents.

APV’s team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and editors create engaging, user-friendly content that includes real-world scenarios, knowledge checks, regulatory compliance, and self-paced learning tools. They developed 12 interactive full-length courses and 10 microlearning modules simplifying complex regulations.

These media-rich, interactive online courses and microlearning modules are then hosted on an enterprise-level learning management system where they are accessible anytime, anywhere in the world—making it easier for stakeholders to understand and comply with hemp production regulations.
