APV developed and modernized the ORIC's Present Responsibility Integrity Management System (PRIMS), a case management system that provides oversight into felonies related to all HHS grants and contracts to more efficiently manage case information, generate master databases, and collect and manage data related to case details, respondents, sources, case documents and records.
APV implemented comprehensive project management practices to oversee the development, maintenance, and changes to the PRIMS application, ensuring alignment with HHS requirements.
