Human Resource Support Services

APV is providing comprehensive HR services to five divisions within DOL. These services include consulting, strategic human capital management, recruitment and staffing, employee and labor relations, classification, position management, organizational design, executive assistance, administrative support, payroll & system support, ECQ writing, budget assistance, policy development, employee and management training, and IT services.

APV has been instrumental in implementing a new financial management system, authoring numerous ECQs for SES selectees, performing precedent-setting classifications, managing complex and high-profile ER/LR cases, and supporting Department-wide training initiatives, among other significant contributions.
