Salesforce Implementation
APV is modernizing HRSA’s Injury Compensation System (ICS) with a Salesforce-based solution and a new AWS cloud-based case management system. These systems enhance claims processing for the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) and Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), and improve interactions with contractors and beneficiaries.
APV also created a secure public website for claim submissions integrated with Salesforce, managing data exchanges and ensuring compliance. This ICS solution oversees the entire healthcare claims process and provides robust reporting capabilities for inquiries and budget planning.
